The build.bat file now won't exit when there's an error so you can inspect it, if there's no errors it will just exit Excluded missing index.cshtml file from project (was giving build error)

Match IIS Express port number to Umbraco version so it's easier to use a few copies of the repo locally (you don't have to re-map your port to the correct folder)
