eadb9ded5b align weights on 'create' actions so they all appear on top if a certain item has them 
this had to be fixed since the default 'delete' kind was bumped to 1100

there are no slots in `umb-input-media-type`,
and that component controls its own label.

41b7714229 ColorPicker: Prefixes values with a hash 
in property-editor component, not the input component.
The assumption is that the color hex values would already have a hash prefix.
