3c446cbf82 Adds IQueryFactory property to IDatabaseFactory, DatabaseContext. 
Changes exposed Query<T> to correct IQuery<T>
Creates interface for QueryFactory: IQueryFactory
Updates all repositories with these changes

bd31dd6caf Fixes issue with ThreadStatic db 
Uses IScopeContext which wraps either HttpContext or CallContext which is created/injected via IOC factory.
