f7868b2cf1 Updated some of the Object resolver code, adds new protected AddTypes method, renamed method on Legacy resolver. 
Fixes yet another issue with templates and package installs.

bee73cce12 Changed IApplicationEvents to IApplicationEventHandler. 
Removed all reflection calls to BindingFlags.NonPublic which was mostly used by DynamicNode, this will
not work in medium trust.
