* add checkboxlist to the list of migrations that should be converted
* Adds string-array type-checking
to the `ValueListUniqueValueValidator`.
As `value?.ToString()` would give you a literal string of the
object-type, e.g. `"System.Collections.Generic.List`1[System.String]"`.
