* Conver i to new umb-icon directive

* Extend directive to accept css class modifiers

* Add "scoped" styling for the directive to avoid issues with CSS modifiers when used in other contexts

The badge order is not deterministic which means we can't expect them to be in a certain order.

a511575784 Assert that error notification does not come up on create template 
Had the test pass sometimes before the fix because the success notification appear, but the error notification appear at well, so the test shouldn't actually have passed

Tests no longer fail with a weird The process cannot access the file, or well at least not in the 10 recurrent tries i just did.

034e9e2628 Update 'working with the code' to remove reference to VS2017 
I'm not sure you need to restate the version here, having got it specified in the list above, but if you do, then a vanilla 2017 won't build the source because of the c#8 stuff introduced recently.
