dc62272e6e Revert "Add Microsoft.IO.RecyclableMemoryStream to the nuspec, update to the latest version (1.2.1)" 
Keep the version the same as what ImageProcessor relies on to avoid confusion and conflicts

This reverts commit 56d2230251.
