300c975284 Moved caching of property data type from DynamicNode to a static method in ContentType 
Simplified SQL query used for property type lookup
Added cache clearing for propertyType cache when ContentType.ClearCache is called
Improves performance of new razor property lookups - most improvement on large sets

8f2f81b558 Code env fix: Removes source control bindings from csproj files. 
Code env fix: Modified .hgignore to ignore .vs10x files and anything in App_Data\TEMP
Fix: upon saving a document type, if the alias has changed, document Xml is regenerated in the db and the Xml caches are told to update.
Fix: upon saving a document type, if the name has changed, the tree updates with that change

Fixes: 26085 - SQL optimization for Document/Content. Refactored/streamlined class heirarchy methods.
This reduces SQL queries in node loading by 90% !

Merged new date/time picker to 4.1 branch. Updated ClientDependency lib and turned on compression. Disabled Examine until it is compatible with new schema. Moved old datepicker to legacy.

Automated the creation of packages folders/files when they are needed. Removed package folder from proj file, updated default project folder to be a sub folder of the default data folder in the IO SystemDirectories.

Mega Commit: New controls: tree control, pickers of all sorts, image viewer, media uploader. Removed a zillion iframes. New modal window standard framework. Fixes some bugs. ClientDependency & Examine DLL updates. Lots of JS enhancements, libs and more methods added to ClientTools.

Did someone say recycle bin in media? Works but needs one more tweak.
Data layer optimizations for Document & Media.
Database upgrade scripts (not created for Vista DB yet).
YOU NEED TO RUN THE INSTALLER TO UPGRADE THE DB, AND MAKE SURE YOU DELETE ALL FILES IN ~/data/ClientDependency
