shannon@ShandemVaio	b68bcba85e	Updated UmbracoModule to support the TransferRequest just like umbraMVCo does using query strings. Added more ... unit tests for UmbracoModule, refactored the Umbraco.Web.Routing.Domains to not have static methods and created an interface for it so that we can unit test it.
