44b45d797d uComponents: MNTP - Resolved various ClientDependency concerns. 
Removed the Extension class, as wasn't needed.
Included MNTP's CSS/JS as embedded resources.
Added icons (for delete & info) to '/umbraco/images' and 'jquery.tooltip' script to 'umbraco_client/ui'
