Shannon be3288af44 Fixes tree cache: removes reference to "tree.clearCache" since that doesn't exist, tree's are not cached by tree alias so the logic was never going to work, further more the cache would not have been cleared because the tree cache is *not* an array but an object. Adds unit test for this.
