* Migrated ContentExtensionsTests.

* Migrated PropertyCollectionTests.

* Migrated AbstractFileSystemTests and PhysicalFileSystem tests.

* Migrated SiteDomainHelper tests.

* Migrated DistributedCacheTests.

* Migrated AppCacheTests and derived test classes.
Amended HttpRequestApp underlying dictionary type to match that available in .NET Core HttpContext Items collection.

* Fixed namespace
