ccb9eeb08b Feature: UFM component filters (#2246) 
* UFM feature additions + refactor

- Re-structures "ufm-components" folder
- Adds `ufmFilter` extension type
- Adds `UmbUfmElementBase` to support reusing filters

* Code tidy-up

* Adds test for `{~contentPicker}` "ufm-content-name" syntax

* Exports `UfmPlugin` and `UfmToken` types

* Adds UFM filter extensions/functions
