* Update to .NET 10 RC 1.

* Update NPoco to 6.1.0 and resolve binary breaking changes.

* Resolved behavioural breaking changes (need to use List<string> over string[] for Contains).

* Update dependency on NPoco.SqlServer.

* Further fixes from manual testing.

* Apply suggestions from code review
