Shannon 3e18c93cf5 More singleton reduction, created new IMappingResolver which is used by the Query<T> object instead of relying on a singleton, creates a new QueryFactory to create Query<T>, removes all standalone stuff (will create that again later). It builds, but most tests will still be failing.
